Shipping and Returns

Production

All our garments are hand made to order with production time currently around four weeks. If your order is urgent or you require by a certain date please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements or advise if not possible.

Shipping

All post and shipping is tracked and insured with delivery time depending on your location. Confirmation, tracking and ETA will be given once your order has shipped.

Import Duties and  Customs Fees 

Murray and Vern are not responsible for any import duties and custom fees on deliveries outside of the UK. The receiver is responsible and for these fees and will be contacted by Postal service or Courier either before or on delivery.

Returns

For returns please contact us within 7 working days of delivery. International orders must be returned within 30 days from receipt. We accept returns for faulty goods but will require a photo of the error. We will exchange sizes, all returned garments must only have been worn to try on and must be in their original condition. Latex items must not be polished or treated in any way. We reserve the right to refuse all items assessed to be used which will be shipped back to the customer.

If you are returning orders from outside the UK, please state clearly that the goods are being returned to the manufacturer for refund, exchange or repair with a commercial value of 0, otherwise duties may be charged. Goods with incorrect customs declarations will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
