Production
All our garments are handmade to order, with a current production time of approximately four weeks. If you require your piece by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request or advise if this is not possible.
Shipping
All deliveries are tracked and insured. Tracking details and estimated delivery will be provided once your order has shipped.

United Kingdom
Free complimentary shipping on all orders.
Europe – Zone 1
£10 tracked shipping on orders under £200.
Free complimentary shipping on orders £200 and above.
Rest of World
£15 tracked shipping on orders under £200.
Free complimentary shipping on orders £200 and above.
Approximate Delivery Times (after production)

Import Duties and Customs Fees
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, import duties and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the postal service or courier before or upon delivery.
Returns
If you wish to contact us regarding a return or exchange, please email returns@murrayandvern.com.
Please contact us within 7 working days of delivery to request a return. International orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We accept returns for faulty items, and may request a photo for assessment. We offer size exchanges; all garments must only have been worn to try on and must arrive in their original condition. Latex items must not be polished or treated in any way. We reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of wear or use.
For international returns, please clearly state that the goods are being returned to the manufacturer for refund, exchange or repair with a commercial value of 0. Incorrect customs declarations may result in duties being charged; items declared incorrectly will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
